I recently rented a 10x10 drive-up, climate-controlled unit at Zacadoos Self Storage and had it for about six months. Every experience I had with this company was great. Reserving the unit online was quick and easy. When I arrived, the ladies at the front were so kind and helpful. They showed me the unit and walked me through all the paperwork and setup. Anytime I called with questions, they were always helpful and easy to talk to. The online portal made it easy to make monthly payments. The access hours were also great for most schedules. The facility was always clean, and I really appreciated that it was gated with a strong camera system for added security. Even closing out my unit was a smooth and simple process. I like that the facility is in a nice area and easy to access from the interstate. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

I used this facility twice on long term bases. This overall is the best, cleanest safest place to store your personal items. The staff is phenomenal. If you have questions they come right out to your unit to answer or assist if needed. I highly recommend using this self storage. And the rate are very pleasing.

Stored at this location for 9 Months and can say it is hands down the best storage unit facility in Valdosta. Amazing indoor units, clean, no signs of any bugs/rodents. Highly recommend
